Late in the 1990s, Dr. Virgilio Pallini, the 4th generation of Pallini to head the company, decided to introduce the Pallini Limoncello recipe to more of the world.
We created a website which captures the history of the Pallini family and extols their premier brand through a mix of videos, photography and interactivity. Among the notable elements, the recipe section features their 5 most popular Pallini Limoncello drinks and for some recipes features video demonstrations. Another exciting element is the dynamic particle effect associated with the navigation menu. It slides between menu selections while showering sparkles over the web content below.
We chose to develop the website using Adobe Flash in order to present content in a dynamic, fluid, and engaging way. The Live Pallini and Recipes sections are built using external XML files allowing us to easily update photos, links, and recipes in order to keep the website content fresh and current.
